CAML Shower doors frames, extruded with high-density aluminum, having exterior surface finished with resin-based color powder electrostatic sprayed or anodizing treatment process, ensuring a more safety and a non-toxic, no peel off surface. By electrostatic spraying, various color can be provided to meet very special requirements. Oxidized film is formed on the aluminum surface by anodizing treatment, which will enhance the surface hardness and corrosion resistance and provide colorful decorative color. They are tested through impact test, anti-corrosion and waterproof test, durable, safe and reliable.

 

Plastic parts: made by advanced engineering materials with chrome plated treatment and so on, to create a clear metal visual effects. Hardware components: The hardware accessories are designed and produced by CAML with perfect features in engineering and function. The use of stainless steel  and zinc-alloy materials adopts the advantages of fine finish, functional structure and durable quality. Sealing strips: Made with high- quality PVC materials, adopts the advantages of none deformed and none oxidizing, easy maintenance, sealing and toughness.

 

Glass, one of the main materials used on a shower door, determines the safety performance of the shower doors. For the toughened glass we used, (GB9963-98 Chinese standard, ANSI297 U.S. standard 、 EN12150 European standard、China 3C certificate and CE certificate) ensures a more safety operation of the shower door. We have uniform production standard to manufacture products with “best function、best visual and best quality”. All Glass available: Transparent, semi-transparent glass, sand blasted frost, and acid etching frost, pattern glass. Glass thickness available: flat glass: 3-10 mm, curved glass:5-8 mm.
